What I provide

  • Bilingual and Bicultural Full Sprectrum Trauma Informed Birth And Lactaction Educator. Compassionate support and personalized care from a certified birth professional. Emotional and physical support through pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum.

  • Prenatal Education and Support:  3 prenatal doula visits to discuss your needs, concerns, beliefs, as well as teaching you and practicing prenatal and labor exercises, comfort measures and fetal positioning. 

  • Postpartum Visit:  1 post partum visits.

  • Unlimited text and email support, 24-hour on-call availability at 38 week. ​​
